SLOW COOKED & PRE-PULLED MEATS

We marinate, smoke and slow cook Irish pork shoulder and Irish beef brisket. We then pull and mix with a variety of sauces before depositing and packing in a variety of sizes from single serving 85g to 2kg catering packs. These packs are then post pack pasteruised for added food safety. Ready to use in minutes.
