The German Salami Company was established in 1976 by Uwe Albrecht, a German Master Butcher and was one of the first manufacturers of continental meats within Ireland and has traded successfully every year since then.
The company has maintained a tradition of using prime quality Pork and Beef blended with the finest herbs and spices to produce a range of continental salamis, cooked & smoked sausages, and continental meats. An added advantage of our products is that they have a significantly lower fat and salt content when compared to competing products.
German Salami Company has established a reputation within the meat industry for high quality products and standards, which has been reinforced through our procurement of the B.R.C Global Standard Issue4: Grade A. Our present customer base is equally split between the retail multiples, the delicatessen sector and food service industry. Multinational corporations and International airlines are just some of the companies who favour our products.
